Our Talent Accelerator Co-op Program connects LSNS member companies with talented co-op students for paid work placements that drive real business results. The program emphasizes direct collaboration with local life and health sciences companies and organizations, allowing students to apply their academic learning to real projects that advance biotechnology, healthcare, and agri-food in Nova Scotia.
