This role is responsible for leading, developing, and managing Oncology Clinical Implementation Consultant personnel while driving the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational products and processes. The position involves actively pursuing strategic and operational objectives and collaborating across business units to implement and enhance proprietary tools and solutions. As needed, the individual will step in to support Clinical Implementation Consultant responsibilities, including assisting customers in establishing best-practice clinical operations with a focus on patient outcomes, care efficiency, cost reduction, and overall value.
