We are seeking a driven and experienced Research and Production Technologist to assist in the manufacturing of Bioteem40's liquid and lyophilized product lines. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the production processes adhere to the highest standards of quality and efficiency while contributing to the development of innovative product formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
The Production Technologist will work closely with the Chief Science Officer and a Senior Research Scientist will be responsible for:
1. Conducting batch-fed fermentations.
2. Routine microbiology and chemistry analysis
3. Overseeing large-scale production and formulation processes.
4. Writing and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
5. Maintaining quality control protocols, record keeping, and compliance with cGMP regulations.
