The Business Development Manager is a key execution role within Ring Rescue's Commercial organization. This position is responsible for improving distributor rep performance, deploying commercial enablement, and providing hands-on field support for priority opportunities, particularly those generated by Inside Sales. This role works directly with a defined group of distributor reps and customers to drive consistent execution, accelerate deal progression, and reinforce Ring Rescue's value proposition at the point of care. The Business Development Manager serves as the primary execution partner to the Director, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, absorbing rep-level development, enablement follow-through, and select customer-facing engagement to preserve senior leadership focus on strategic growth initiatives.
