We are seeking a highly capable Analytical Instrumentation Specialist to oversee the performance, maintenance, calibration, and lifecycle management of our advanced analytical instrumentation. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, uptime, and regulatory readiness across our solid-state, crystallization, and pre-formulation facilities. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact between internal scientific teams and instrument vendors, ensuring instruments operate at peak performance while supporting ongoing analytical activities. We are looking for individuals with a BSc/MSc in analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering; or an advanced technical diploma in instrumentation technology, chemical laboratory technology. More than 3 years of hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation in a pharmaceutical, CRO, chemical, or analytical industry is required. Familiarity with GMP/GLP environments, instrument qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and experience interacting directly with vendors/service engineers is preferred.
