Think Self-Management

2022

As Think Self-Management prepares for a pre-seed raise in early 2025, attending and presenting at BioPort will provide an opportunity to connect with potential investors, and non-dilutive funding groups, to assist in reaching out fundraising goals. In addition, the majority of our company's early adopters have been located in Europe or western Canada; as a Nova Scotia-based company, we are hoping to increase our presence in the Atlantic healthcare space, and presenting at BioPort would provide us with an ideal opportunity to raise awareness and identify potential local partners.

We are currently raising $1.5M Seed funding to complete Class III Natural Product clinical studies to obtain 'novel claims' for our new active agent, which will differentiate it from all competitive products on the market. With those funds, we are also preparing to manufacture, hire a CSMO and B2B Beta Market across Canada. Validation from BioPort, which provided us with our first pitching opportunity in November 2019, would support our efforts to raise those funds and move forward quickly.

Demonstrating and creating more awareness of our capabilities might help ResolveHD identify or advance pilot projects on the East Coast. Similarly, it could help us identify new prospective partnership opportunities.

Presenting at Bioport would be a wonderful way to kick off our pre-seed round this September. We are raising $3 million CAD with a convertible note and are actively looking for angels and VCs to help us reach our pivotal study. We are also hoping to grow our team and would love to meet potential partners who align with our mission and want to make an impact. Thank you for the opportunity!
