Oversees the development and implementation of Clinical Implementation Consulting deliverables. Performs in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity, managing the Oncology Clinical Implementation Consultant personnel, also acting as Clinical Consultant when needed. The growth of professional services typically measures performance to meet or exceed revenue budget expectations. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operations of the business line. Performs all required management responsibilities, including, but not limited to implementing the company's policies, programs, and guidelines: ensuring employee productivity and growth; managing resources; knowing Varian's business; and maintaining functional, technical, and external market awareness necessary for managing the immediate organization.
