Genome Atlantic is seeking a visionary, dynamic, and people-centred President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic leadership to advance genomics-based innovation and commercialization, while deepening Genome Atlantic’s role as a trusted partner in the regional and national innovation ecosystem. The CEO will champion a bold vision for genomics as a driver of economic and societal transformation; cultivate and manage high-impact relationships across government, industry, academia, and the broader community; and oversee a diverse and growing portfolio of collaborative projects aligned with regional strengths and national priorities. They lead fund development and diversification efforts to ensure long-term sustainability. The CEO represents Genome Atlantic as a compelling advocate and spokesperson, translating complex science into accessible, actionable narratives.
