In winter 2023-24 we did a pre-seed equity raise with a goal of raising $500,000 which was oversubscribed and raised $710,000. The company has runway until Fall of 2025 based on the projected burn rate. We're currently planning a seed round equity raise of $2 million to $3 million and expect to launch the raise late in 2024. Presenting at BioPort would be very helpful in connecting with the investement community with excellent alignment in timing. In addition, as we scale, we're recruiting to add to our team. We have openings for senior positions in engineering and business development.
