Genome Atlantic is searching for a strategic communicator and relationship builder to join our team as Director, External Relations. This is a senior leadership position at the heart of our organization – someone who will shape how we tell our story, engage funders and policymakers, and build the connections that translate genomics research into real-world impact across energy, aquaculture, agriculture, health, and more.
With over $165 million in R&D enabled since 2000, Genome Atlantic is doing meaningful work, and this role is central to ensuring that work gets seen, understood, and supported. If you have 8–10 years of experience in corporate communications and/or government relations and a passion for science-driven economic development in Atlantic Canada, we'd love to hear from you!
