As a Clinician Engagement Manager, you will drive the operational heartbeat of Virtual Hallway’s clinician ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and activating clinicians across Canada – ensuring they feel supported, confident, and motivated to use our platform to collaborate and deliver better patient care. This role blends community engagement, activation, growth outreach, and data analysis. You’ll thrive here if you’re hyper-organized, relationship-driven, curious, and excited to build meaningful experiences for clinicians nationwide. This is an in-office, collaborative role requiring autonomy, adaptability, and strong communication skills, especially in writing effective emails and clinician outreach.
